睡眠改善インストラクターに合格しました！

２ヶ月もブログをさぼってしまいました・・・。

３月に健康博覧会が終わり、それ以降は本当に忙しい毎日でした。

とはいえ、もう少しちゃんとブログも更新していきますので

皆様、よろしくお願いいたします。


さて、これも４月の話ですが・・・

睡眠改善インストラクターの資格に合格しました！！！

日本睡眠改善協議会さんが認定試験を行っている資格で

３月に３日間セミナーがあり、最終日に試験を受けてきました。

この資格は、「睡眠」に関する様々な知識を持ち、

さらにその知識を睡眠の改善指導に役立てる力を持った人に与えられる資格です。

この資格に恥じないよう、寝具の枠にとらわれない睡眠のアドバイスが出来るようになりたいですね。


今後はこの肩書を使った新しい活動も考えています。

資格は取っただけでは意味がないので、しっかりと役立てていきたいと思います！
