そんな中で生まれたノウハウを少しずつご紹介します。
その①は、「ジェル」の使用です。
大きなジェルパッドではなくて、熱が出た時に使うようなジェルや氷枕の類です。
このようなジェルや氷枕は、冷たくて気持ちがいいですし、
寝るときに頭や首元を冷やすと、効率的に体を冷やしてくれますので
夏場の使用はいいと思います。
しかし、直接触れると冷たすぎたり、通気性が無いため蒸れてベトベトになったりします。
熱を吸収してしまうと、室温や体温と同じ温度になってしまうのも問題です。
そこでおススメしたいのが「サラフ」の枕カバーの内側に入れて使う方法です。
サラフの立体構造の内側に入れて使えば、直接肌に当たらず空気を通して
やんわりと冷気を伝えてくれます。
温度が高くなってからも、空気層が間にあるので蒸れ感を感じることが軽減されます。
