熱帯夜にはちゃんと寝返りをしましょう！ [眠りについて]
昨日の夜は本当に暑かった！
エアコンを使わずに寝た方は、すごい汗をかいたことでしょう。
私もそのひとりでした。
実は、昨夜は夜中に何回も起きました。
睡眠環境としては、扇風機を２時間タイマーにして、
敷き寝具に＜サラフ＞エアラッセルパッド、
パジャマとガーゼケットも＜サラフ＞を使っています。
いつもなら、汗をかいても起きることはないのにどうして？
と思っていると、顔面に長男の足が直撃！
”これだ！”
すぐ隣で４歳の長男が寝ていて、しかも寝返りで暴れまわっているために
私が寝返りできない。
エアラッセルパッドが熱を放出する構造とはいえ
ずっと仰向けの姿勢では、さすがに熱も湿気もこもります。
やはり熱帯夜を快適に眠るためには、適度な寝返りが必要です。
つまり 「寝返りをしやすい寝具環境を作ること」 も熱帯夜を乗り切る工夫のひとつです。
以下は工夫の例です。
１）固めの敷き寝具を使う。沈み込みが大きい敷き寝具は、体が動きづらく寝返りが
しにくくなります。また沈み込みが大きいと熱もこもりやすくなります。
「エアラッセルパッド プラス」を使用すると敷き寝具が少し固めに保たれますよ。
２）フラット（平ら）な枕を選ぶ。あまり沈み込まず頭がスムーズに回転する形が
好ましいです。タオルを畳んでまくら代わりにするのも一つの手かもしれません。
「エアラッセルパイプ枕」は高さ調節ができるので、寝返りしやすい形状にセット
することができますよ。
３）厚い掛け寝具の使用を避ける。寝返りもしにくくなりますし、ムレを防止するという
点からも、熱帯夜にはタオルケットやガーゼケットぐらいの軽い掛け寝具で十分です。
サラフの「３重ガーゼケット」も通気性が高くておススメです。
私は、今夜から長男と寝返りスペースの争奪戦です！
もっと広いベッドで寝たいなぁ。
